Non-custom US orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the day the order is delivered. Please contact us to submit a request.

A shipping label + instructions will be provided. In the case of a full return, a $50 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover return and shipping costs.

This process typically takes 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on the design. Custom creations generally require 3-6 weeks.

We offer complimentary, fully insured 2-day shipping on U.S. orders. We ship most orders via FedEx 2Day. You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

A signature is required at the time of delivery. If you’re not sure you’ll be home, we suggest shipping your order to a local Staffed FedEx Facility for pickup instead.

International shipping fees will be quoted at checkout.

Yes, any Moody ring can be customized. We’d love to help you pick out the perfect stone or hear your design modification requests.

We always recommend using a pair of metal ring sizers for most accurate sizing. You can order a pair of our ring sizers here. 

If this order is a gift, we suggest ordering with your best guess - Contact us for help with this. Most rings can be re-sized, however a fee may apply.

Yes, we can typically re-size your Moody ring. Re-sizing fees depend on the size needed and the nature of the design. Some rings may need to be re-made.
